How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

The cost of delivery to addresses in France is €10 (€5 in Point Relais), €20 in Europe and €30 anywhere else in the world. Free delivery is offered on all orders of more than €500.

I have placed an order. Why haven’t I received a confirmation e-mail yet?

During busy periods, there may be a slight delay in sending confirmation e-mails. If you have still not received an e-mail after several hours, check your junk folder. Also confirm that the address you have provided us with is correct. If you have any problems, you can contact us using the contact form.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 business days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product in its original packaging for an exchange or refund without penalty, except for shipping costs.

Do I have to pay taxes or customs duties on orders?

If you live in the EU, you will not have to pay any additional taxes or customs charges. If you live outside the EU, you will have to pay customs charges or import taxes. Abbey Of Design assumes no responsibility for import and customs charges and taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from Colissimo or the shipping company according to your place of residence.
